The Importance of SOCT Meditation

SOCT Paper 155

The Importance of SOCT Meditation

“Many SOCT students have received extraterrestrial communications through this process. They have been able to write some of these contact experiences down in their personal SOCT journals. Some students have publically shared this experiences with the world.” ~ E.W.King

SOCT students have certainly expanded their thinking possibilities. Through the deep study of controversial SOCT material one certainly has to put on his or her “thinking cap”. We learn that new and sometimes very controversial ideas can make the brain work overtime. It is not that all socters think exactly the same nor do all socters agree on the various teaching [doctrines], it is simply that we enjoy the deeper thinking aspects of our Christian Thinking processes. We find throughout our maturity in the SOCT teachings that a neuroplasticity begins to occur when coupled with SOCT meditations. ~

SOCT Mindfulness

SOCT was talking about the importance of “mindfulness meditation” back in 1999 when the “The Zerubian Myth, the Book of Zerub” was published. Basically students would begin to rest and relax the body and mind right before sleep. In doing so they would think of nothing in particular but close their eyes and become spectators of the inner sites and sounds. Images were allowed to come and go without attachment. Sounds and sometimes even smells are observed when in this process. In doing this SOCT meditators can diminish activity in anxiety-related areas within the insular cortex and the amygdala. ~

Through repetition of any practice, such as playing a musical instrument, we get better as our brains learn better neurological control through self mastery. This process is called neuroplasticity. Through SOCT meditation one can learn to settle the mind, become less anxious and more relaxed and or focused. This is extremely important to us. One of the main processes of SOCT teachings is for one to learn how to “think” better and how to control the emotions better. ~

SOCT Self Compassion

SOCT teachings help us to forgive others on a daily bases. Remember, our Master Teacher …Jesus the Christ taught us this. SOCT has taught that one must let God forgive, and then we must also forgive ourselves. Then and really only then can we learn the true process of forgiveness. This part of SOCT Mindfulness is what we might call “learning to develop self-compassion. ~

One must truly learn to forgive him or herself in the maturity process leading into what SOCT calls the “midway being state”. In the basic “mindfulness state of the SOCT student” the student learns in this meditation to be an observer of thoughts, visions and emotions with what we might call “open-mindedness”, a sort of non-attachment to it all must happen. In this sense it is like the SOCT student is viewing an inner movie but at the same time realizes that it is just a movie so that no distress or spiraling out of control emotions occurs. Many SOCT students have received extraterrestrial communications through this process. They have been able to write some of these contact experiences down in their personal SOCT journals. Some students have publically shared this experiences with the world. ~

This type of meditation is proven to increase wakefulness perception and to stimulate extremely important areas of the brain which have to do with learning. ~

SOCT Mind Evolution

Our research has now shown that structural changes in the Human brain can occur for the SOCT student. Many students develop a greater amount of brain tissue in the prefrontal cortex. It is this part of the brain that has to do with attention. Through studying what SOCT calls “the Triple ‘A’ Doctrine” even more good development will occur. ~

SOCT students have let what we call “the outer force” enter our Human minds to help expand our powers. This “outer force” is the Holy Spirit or Divine Mind consciously operative in our thoughts and thought processes. Those who have the Holy Spirit have the true link to the Divine Mind Channel. This makes them a midway being or a midwayer. There are several socters [SOCT students] now residing in many different parts of the earth. We form a network, a linkage which forms the pure reality grid. It is this grid which is to hopefully become strong enough for further preservation of our planet. More must accept this final Seventh Message [SOCT teachings] to make the grid strong enough. ~

SOCT Understanding Your Person

We here at SOCT are trying our best to make sure that you gain accurate knowledge about yourself, the universe & Divine Intelligence. We take our message seriously. We have received messages from extraterrestrial life forms and we have scientific information which is ahead of its time. We share our information freely with the planet in the hopes that the crew will grow big enough to help sustain life on this planet for a longer period of time. SOCT encourages you to join in the Pure Reality Grid. As it strengthens so does our message. One does this by studying SOCT teachings and practicing SOCT meditation. ~

Your personality is made up of thought patternsbehaviorsemotionsexperiences and influences that make you unique. When one realizes a consistency and regularity in his or her behavior then an individuation process begins ~ personality is manifested. ~

50 -50

SOCT also understands that the personality is made up also of biological processes and needs. The teachings of SOCT state that at least 50% of personality traits in each individual are found programmed within the persons DNA. The Bible teaches that each of us is created with our own personality. In the Old Testament we find that people and God Himself gave names to individuals which expressed a specific personality trait that the individual had. God even changed the names of some of His children when He gave them a new mission in life. ~

Personality causes us to react in certain ways. SOCT students understand that personality is not just something that you “have” but it is also something that you “do”. Your developing character continues to manifest itself through actions and reactions. People even recognize specific body movements which help define who you are [body language]. So our personalities are bubbling with life. ~

So 50% of who we are is determined on internal characteristics that are genetically based. Personality is also a result of interaction between the individual and the environment. As we get older “free” will and individual experience help in the development of personality. SOCT encourages you to continue your studies with us here. All one has to do to become a SOCT student is visit herereadlearndiscuss & pray. ~

Thank you,
Sir Eric William King [CEO of SOCT/COGSR]

  1. A mental health charity has suggested that mindfulness treatments should be more widely available on the NHS, after revealing the results of a new YouGov survey.

Originally an ancient Buddhist practice, mindfulness is a form of therapy aimed at increasing people’s awareness of themselves, their emotions and the environment around them, through meditation, yoga and breathing.

As part of Mental Health Awareness week, the Mental Health Foundation has called for the NHS to make the practice available in all areas of the country to help those suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression.

  2. "Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and endorsed in the Chief Medical Officer’s Mental Health report, for reducing the risk of recurrent depression, cutting relapse rates in half.

"However, the evidence to date is that only a handful of Clinical Commissioning Groups make Mindfulness available in their area,"

  3. The Oxford Mindfulness Centre, part of the University of Oxford’s department of psychiatry, has found that the MBCT course reduces the risk of relapse into depression by 44%. There is emerging evidence to suggest MBCT is also effective for treating generalised anxiety disorder, stress and other mental health conditions. Cancer patients have also benefitted from it.

  4. Human Beings resist change; however, the process has been set in motion long ago and we will continue to co-create our own experience. Kuhn states that "awareness is prerequisite to all acceptable changes of theory" (p. 67). It all begins in the mind of the person. What we perceive, whether normal or metanormal, conscious or unconscious, are subject to the limitations and distortions produced by our inherited and socially conditional nature. However, we are not restricted by this for we can change. We are moving at an accelerated rate of speed and our state of consciousness is transforming and transcending. Many are awakening as our conscious awareness expands.
